If you have a Guido membership then yes - EU roaming will work.

If you don't have a Gudo membership and your current membership will not expire on time for your trip then you should contact 48 support (see the link in my signature below) and ask them if you can terminate the current membership early (you'll lose any membership allowances left) and buy a new Guido membership to start immediately so that roaming works.
