Transfer old number

It always comes up as server error when I want to move my old number into my new phone. I would love to be able to contact someone for help. I’ve no had to take a new number but I don’t want that, what should I do ?

What exactly happens and at what stage does the error occur?

Can you try a different device, browser, network connection in case that makes any difference?

If you can't get past the error then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
