Topped up cash credit by €13 instead of buying membership

I did mistake top up credit but have to buy membership my money gone to credit can u cancel and send me back 13 eur from credit to my card and if I buy membership because now miss there money

You can use the cash credit to buy your membership plan. 

Just choose the option to pay with your cash credit balance  instead of payment card at checkout.
