What does your online account say about your membership expiry date?
Perhaps you have a current membership that has not expired yet but whose allowances have been used up?
In that case buying a new membership will not help as it will not start immediately.
It will stack and start when the current membership has run its full monthly course.
In that case you need add-ons not a new membership.
