What exactly do you mean by credit here?

Membership plan, add-ons or cash credit? 

What happens when you try to buy it? 

Any error messages? 

E.g. if you're trying to buy a membership plan then what happens when you try to do this here? 

When were you last able to successfully buy stuff on 48?

Are your payment card details still valid and the card not frozen via your online banking?
