System error when trying to buy a plan

I am trying to buy a plan, I have credit on my account but when press credit to buy plan I just get system error message. I tried paying with my card to and still getting same message.

You mean "system error" is the literal error message?
If you're using the app can you try the website or vice versa in case the makes any difference?
But you'll probably have to contact 48 support about such payment issues.
