Switch from €12.99 plan to student offer?

I switched my network from EIR to 48, and I am an existing customer at 48. The plan that i purchased was 12.99euros. And as a student, I am unable to find the option to buy a student plan, which is at 10.99 euros. Please help me regarding this.

If you've already signed up for the non-student offer and want to switch to the student offer then you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them that's possible.
