If you still have 6.2GB of data left but are suspended then I suspect that you breached the fair usage limite for calls or texts and not data?
Contact 48 support and ask them for clarification:

If you are suspended then when your current membership expires you will need to contact 48 support again to get reinstated before buying a new membership to be able to use services again.
