Hi, i lost my sim card along with a phone 😞 Any chance to get new sim card with the same number and plan? Thanks.

What do you mean by "suspended"?

You mean because you didn't buy membership for 6+ months?

If that's the case then you need to first contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate the account.

After that you should be able to order a replacement SIM.

But you might want to ask them about that too just to be sure.
