Hello
I ordered a new sim card about a week and a half ago, I am still waiting, you say it takes 2-5 days why is this taking so long???, I need my phone up and running a.s.a.p. could you please respond a.s.a.p.

Shouldn't take that long.

Get onto support to ask them why there is such a holdup.
