Send SIM card to an address outside Ireland

I live in Germany and would like to order a SIM card for a longer stay in Ireland for my child. Is this possible and if so, in what format should I enter this in the one-line address line?

48 will only post SIMs to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. 

The only way to get one abroad is to get it sent to somebody in Ireland and then they post it on to you abroad.
