Request to Switch to Student Plan

Hi, I'm currently an existing 48 customer, and my monthly plan has expired. I'm now a student at Dublin City University (DCU) and would like to switch to the student offer. Could you please help me activate the student plan on my existing number without creating a new account?

I'm not sure if an existing account can be converted over to the student plan offer.

This seems to suggest that it's only available to a new user who signs up with a qualifying 3rd level email address.

Maybe try changing your registered email address on your My48 account to your student email address:

• https://48.ie/my48/settings/my-details

and then see if it offers you the option to buy the €10.99 student plan:

• https://48.ie/my48/memberships

If it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can help.
