Hi, I'm currently an existing 48 customer, and my monthly plan has expired. I'm now a student at Dublin City University (DCU) and would like to switch to the student offer. Could you please help me activate the student plan on my existing number without creating a new account?

Try changing your registered email address on your My48 account to your student email address and see if it then offers you the option of the €10.99 student plan. 

If it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can help.
