Request for Partial Refund – Duplicate Plan Purchase

I purchased the €12.99 plan twice via the app. However, after completing both purchases, I noticed that the remaining usage time did not extend to two months as expected, and only one month of service is showing.

Since the second purchase did not result in additional service time, I would like to request a refund for one month (€12.99).

If you require proof of payment or screenshots from the app, I am happy to provide them via email.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments? 

Was this your first plan purchase?

Is so then the charge of €25.98 will have comprised €12.99 for the one-time activation fee plus €12.99 for your first plan.

If it wasn't your first plan purchase then is the second plan listed as a stacked upcoming plan on your Buy Plan page?

If neither of those is the issue then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
