Replacement SIM not working in phone

Hi I lost my SIM and I order New one but when I put the phone they are not working

Did you activate the replacement SIM?

Any error messages when you put it into the phone? 

Does it get a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
