can you confirm that I have renewed my membership
I paid but got no txt or email
The message just it’s processing and to check back later

Your can check this yourself by checking your My48 account dashboard for a currently active membership plan: 

And your Transactions page for details of your recent payment:

Is it's continuously telling you that it's still processing then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
