Trying to renew plan but not working

Hi I’m trying to auto renew my plan with pay from my credit but it did not go through, can you help with this please, thank you

What exactly do you mean by "trying to auto renew my plan with pay from my credit" and "it did not go through"?

What exactly happened?

Any error messages? 

What happens when you try to buy a plan here? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card definitely still valid and not frozen via your online banking?

If you're trying to pay using cash credit on your account then what happens? 

The option to do this will only appear if the cost of whatever you're trying to buy is less than or equal to the amount of cash credit on your account. 

So, for example, if you have €10 cash credit on your account and are trying to buy a €12.99 plan then you won't get the option to (part) pay using the €10 cash credit.

And auto-renewal never uses cash credit on your account. 

If you want to use it then you need to do so manually.
