Plan purchased twice

Dear team
I have purchased my plan 12.99 and it was not working or showing pending purchase on 19 may. Then I purchased on 21 may again, now it works. Can you revert my one purchased money back. Or best you can do for me. Thank you

Are you sure that the second plan isn't stacked on your account to kick in when the current one ends?
