Hi, I topped up my membership 5 days ago and the money was debited from my account, but the plan is still not activated. I cannot use mobile data. Could you please check my account and activate the membership or refund the payment?

What exactly do you mean by "plan did not reflect"?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Incoming calls, outgoing calls, incoming texts, outgoing texts? 

When was mobile data and everything else working ok last?
