Hi. My husband activated his new 48 card on 23rd of December, on the same date €25.98 was taking out of my account. My payment is not due until tomorrow. James has one month to pay. Please let me know what’s happening. I thought I will be getting a free month for recruiting a friend. Hope to hear from you soon. Rita Kelly.

What does your My48 account dashboard show about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Ditto for your husband's in each case? 

When he activated his SIM did he buy his first membership plan? 

If he did then he would have been charged €12.99 for the plan and €12.99 for the one-time activation fee. 

If he was using your payment card then that might explain the charge? 

If he got his SIM via your Recruit and Reward link then both of you should eventually receive the relevant bonuses. 

As long as both of you have auto-renewal enabled at far as I know.
