Why I can’t receive any call but my network it’s working

When was it working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime?

What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you? 

Any error messages?

Can you make calls? 

Can you send/receive texts? 

Can you use mobile data?

I can’t receive any call me and i can’t make any call but network it’s working and if i remove my sim and i put another phone it’s working if i put any sim to my phone it’s working please I need help

What exactly do you mean by "but network it's working"?

What exactly is working?

Can you send/receive texts and use mobile data? 

When were incoming and outgoing calls working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime?

Sounds to me like this is an issue with your handset and not the 48 network.

Maybe factory reset your phone and try again?
