Payment card updated but now €7.99 plan no longer available

I've had the 8 euro 48 plan for years, I signed up at the very beginning and have been a very loyal customer. My bank card changed this month and now all of a sudden I have no option to go back on the 8 euro membership. Could you please fix this for me

A few people have reported this happening - i.e. bank card expiring, updating their payment details, and then the €7.99 plan option no longer being available.

It has not been explained why this happens so you will have to contact 48 support directly for assistance with this issue.
