Hello, how can I pay for my plan from credit? I have 20 euros there, when I want to pay for the plan it only gives me the option to pay by card and not by credit

If your plan costs €12.99 and you have €20 cash credit on your account then you should get the option to pay for it using your cash credit rather than card at checkout time. 

If you're not getting that then try the website instead of the app - or vice versa. 

If you don't get the option to pay using your cash credit balance then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.
