Paid €10.99 twice and need a refund of second payment

I recently paid €10.99 twice with my card. In total this month I paid €21.98.
I would like a refund €10.99 back into my bank account please.

Maybe you simply bought two €10.99 membership plans and the second one has stacked on your account to kick in when the first one has eventually run its full monthly course and expires? 

In which case you are not actually out of pocket.

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan stacked on your account for later? 

If you still need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
