Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?
Are you making a call to a regular Irish landline or mobile number or some other type of number?
Or are you making a call to an international number or another number that needs cash credit on your account (as well as an active membership plan) to pay for the call?
Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
When were you last able to make calls successfully?
