Is it possible to order through this app a second Sim and plan for.my daughter, I already have one for my son

You get one the same way as you got one for your son.
Except that you need to use a different email address and login for the second account.
48 don't support group or family accounts where more than one SIM/membership can be managed under one login.
Every SIM/account needs its own email address/password login separately.
You should probably use the Recruit and Reward option to get the maximum benefits when getting a new SIM.
