Option to buy €7.99 plan has suddenly disappeared

I have been on a plan the past few years and I have now recieved a message saying my plan has now ended. I have been paying €7.99 since I joined as I joined from the start and now It’s saying I have to pay €12.99 for a new plan. I didn’t want my plan to end can you help with this

A few people have reported the same thing happening in recent months. 

I.e. the option to buy the €7.99 plan disappearing for some reason. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it and 48 support don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
