Not getting security code

Having lots of issues getting set up here.

Tried webchat but only got data issue resolved by looking here.

 

Need to get number ported over asap as it is a business number and I have no access.

 

I have made numerous attempts to receive the Security Code. It never comes.

 

What is the issue?

You need to have the old provider's SIM working and in the phone to receive the porting code.

If you do have this set up already and you are not getting it then you will just have to keep trying to contact 48 support about this as only they can look into this and hopefully sort it out.
