You mean that everything was working fine yesterday?
But problems started last night?
What exactly is the situation now?
Any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you and connect to 48?
If you do have a connection to the 48 network then are any services working - calls, texts, mobile data?
Did anything change on the phone since yesterday?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Have you tried reseating the SIM in the phone just in case it got dislodged?
