went to buy membership with new visa card but when entered details of card i had to enter bank app on phone to swipe for authoirsed but have no credit on phone so cant swipe what can i do

Temporarily connect to a WiFi network in order to be able to use the banking app to authorise the payment?
Or do it from a PC/computer connected to the internet?
