My membership ran out today and I’ve paid online yet it’s not working and when I log into my profile it says I’ve paid for both June and July on the first day of both months which is not what I had planned

Are you sure that your current membership doesn't expire at midnight tonight? What exactly does your My48 account page say about your membership status?

 

 

What does your Transactions page say about recent transactions?
