No plans or memberships come up when I click on them in the app

What exactly happens?

Any error messages?

When were you last able to buy a plan? 

How did you do it? 

What happens if you try the web interface instead of the app? 

I've found the app too unreliable over the years so I rarely use it and generally just use the web interface instead.
