Bought a new membership on Wednesday night as current one was due to expire same night.seems it's frozen.it seems to be there on website,the money is gone from my bank for it but I do not have it on my phone. Making calls ...says my membership expired and I need to buy new one.no calls texts internets etc. Quite frustrating. Understand website is due for maintenance on 23rd and is a bit jumpy now...any ideas?
