New card not working

Hi there,
I've attempted to buy a new membership with my new card but it won't allow me. I've entered the new details correctly and called my bank and they told me it was due to 48 testing my new card by taking out 1 cent however the minimum for it to work with a visa is 9cent. Please help me with this, all that will come up is "for security and protection purposes this request cannot be authenticated at this time" from Verified by Visa.

You'll need to contact 48 support about this as nobody here on the community forum can do much about it.

Bear in mind that they knock off soon so try to get onto them ASAP.

Yeah I've already emailed them but no reply.

Why not use the chat facility on this page?

Yes, it worked when I tried to buy a membership on my laptop instead of my phone
