New Sim delivery

Hi,

I ordered a new simcard last week and have yet to receive notification that it has even been delivered. I urgently need to use my phone as I am expecting important phone calls. Everytime I try to chat on Customer Care the option to message is not there. I cannot buy a sim in any of the Funtech stores as I am not a new customer.
Incredibly frustrated. Is there any way to contact this crowd??

The chat option might be available if you try a different device/browser.

It never appears for me on mobile for some reason - only on Chrome desktop.
