New Membership

Joined yesterday. All working fine then. However today cannot call or text. Get message saying membership expired. When I look at account it says 30 days left and unlimited calls and texts. Anyone else having this issue today

Seems to happen to some people some of the time.

Obviously it shouldn't and I don't know why it does.

But you will have to contact 48 support to get them to look into it as nobody here on the community forum is going to be able to fix this for you unfortunately.

Thanks. Contacted support and an incident has been raised.  Do you know how long these take to resolve 

Sorry - I don't know.

Any that I have had were resolved quickly but others have had a longer turnaround time unfortunately.
