Need to change my membership to student offer

I recently booked a SIM card with general membership. As I'm now aware of the student membership option, I'd like to change my plan. Please provide instructions on how to switch to the student membership

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can assist you with this. 

Several people have posted similar queries but there's no FAQ on how to convert an existing 48 account to the student offer. 

Maybe it's not possible. 

But only 48 support will be able to clarify.
