My plan isn’t working

I have recharged now through my revolute account and the plan hasn’t started yet and my 48 account says that to recharge again. What about my plan? What about my money ?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase? 

What services work/don't work - incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
