What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and data usage?
Is mobile data actually working? What about calls and texts?
Note that some users (including myself) have recently incorrectly received text messages from 48 saying that our data has been used up when this is not actually the case:
Maybe you also received such an inaccurate message?
