My SIM, data and messages not working

Suddenly my mobile data , local calls and messages stop working. My account of 12.99 unlimited data shows I have used 200 GB data and 5000 mins of text . My susbcription is expiring by the end of this month. So what can I do ?

That's odd. If you're on the €12.99 membership plan then your My48 account Dashboard should show the amount of data used, not a 200GB allowance. E.g. like this:

You'll probably have to contact 48 support about this as it sounds like something isn't right.
