What does this mean?
There's no code needed to log into your My48 account.
You use your login credentials - email address and password.
Why can't you login with those?
What exactly happens?
Any error messages?
The first issue is to get logged into your My48 account.
Once you have done that you can proceed with activating a SIM and porting your number.

If you are still having problems please explain in more detail and more clearly what happens, step by step.
Your post is also a bit confusing about your "old SIM" and your "new SIM".
Why did you order a new SIM (or do you mean a replacement SIM?) when you already had a SIM?
You can't move a number that's already associated with a 48 SIM to another 48 SIM/account other than by ordering a replacement SIM. But it's really not clear what exactly you're trying to do here.
