Moving number

Hello I would like to move my old number but there’s an issue when I try doing it I still have my old sim but I can’t login to my online 48 because I don’t have the code that I need to login with so I got a new sim but now I want to move that number I need that number I don’t wanna change it my number is 0894990492 this is my old number and I would like to move it to this thank you

There's no code needed to log into your My48 account.

You use your login credentials - email address and password. 

Why can't you login with those?

What exactly happens? 

Any error messages?

The first issue is to get logged into your My48 account.

Once you have done that you can proceed with activating a SIM and porting your number.

If you are still having problems please explain in more detail and more clearly what happens, step by step. 

Your post is also a bit confusing about your "old SIM" and your "new SIM".

Why did you order a new SIM (or do you mean a replacement SIM?) when you already had a SIM?

You can't move a number that's already associated with a 48 SIM to another 48 SIM/account other than by ordering a replacement SIM. But it's really not clear what exactly you're trying to do here.
