Message minder on my phone

I’ve upgraded my phone November I now have a message minder which I don’t want. Could you cancel this for me. Thanks Jill

What exactly do you mean by "message minder"?

That's not a service that 48 provide.

Sounds like something local on your phone.

Unless you mean voicemail?
