Hi,

I recently topped up my account by €10 on 18th of August.
The money was taken from my account, but it is not appearing in my balance in 48.
Please advise, as I need to re-activate my membership.

If you have a current membership that has not yet expired then the newly purchased membership will have stacked to kick in when it does.

New memberships do not start immediately if there is a current membership active.

Log into your online account

and check:

 

  • what it says about your current membership status and expiry date
  • what it says about any stacked/"next" membership in the Membership Planner section on the right hand side of the page

If you use up current membership allowances then buying a new membership will not help (until the current membership expires) and you should buy add-ons instead.
