My membership expires every 28 days lately instead of one month. I never use all of my data in a month.

According to your membership plan it say 'Membership applies for one month. If you buy your membership on 2nd of February you will need to buy your next membership on 2nd of March.

Why I have to top-up every 28 days.

A membership that starts in February will end in March after 28 days - or 29 in a leap year.
Other memberships will last 30 or 31 days depending on what month they start in.
Are you sure that's not the issue and it's just your most recent membership that is affected and not all of them?
As opposed to every one of your memberships only lasting 28 days?

So if my membership was bought on the 5th of May do I have to renew it on 1st ofJune?
