The site won’t take my card details I’m running out of the 1g data I’ve tried 3 different cards on my phone and on a pc

I'd you have tried different methods (app, website on mobile, website on mobile etc) and it still doesn't work then you'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.

Same here and 48 support are less than useless. Chat isn't on atm and they've stopped replying to me on twitter. I switched yesterday. I ordered a Tesco mobile sim today and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this crowd at all costs
