I was on the Guido for one month as was abroad but opted to go back on the Don from today 29th Oct and topped up on this plan however it appears to have topped me up again on Guido and say Don will start from 29th November! Guido costing me a fortune, can anyone help please?? Tks

You must have chosen the wrong membership or changed auto membership renewal to Guido last month or something?

What does your My History page say?

And if auto membership renewal is enabled what membership is selected?

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can switch you back to Don but if the new Guido membership has already started and you have used up some of the allowance balances then I suspect that they won't be able to change it.
