My membership has ran out and I'm having problems trying to buy new membership as I have a new card. What can I do please

What sort of problems?

Any error messages?

How are you trying to buy membership?

On the app, on the website or by text?

Are you trying to pay using your registered card details which are now out of date?

Why don't you just update your registered card details and then proceed as normal?
