Hi, my membership usually renews automatically every month as I have dd set up. I received usual text to inform me that money would be taken from my account today but that hasn't happened and my membership has expired? What can I do to get phone working again? Thanks. C

Any chance your card details have changed and need to be updated on your account?

E.g. if you recently got a new card?

You may need to contact 48 support to get to the bottom of this.

Strange that it sent a message that your membership had renewed when the payment had presumably failed...

But glad you got it sorted.
