Your My48 account Dashboard tells you your membership expires and when it has expired:
You should get a text a few days before your membership plan expires.
However some people have been getting these out of sync lately for some reason - e.g. getting a text saying that their membership has expired when it hasn't. Seems to be an issue on 48's side.
You can also enable membership plan auto-renewal if you want to ensure that you never end up without an active membership plan.
You could also optionally set your own reminder in your phone's calendar app.
