What exactly do you mean by "old membership version" and "I can’t use it cause you have a new monthly plan"?
What are you looking for a refund for?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
